Information about person or recipe: Karla is my one and only daughter. She has five children ranging in age from 12 years to 9 months old, who are all very special little beings.

Karla has always had a passion for cooking. She was such a huge help to me, from a young age of about 12, she would cook our dinner, whilst I was at work. All I had to do when I arrived home from work, was warm and serve it up. At one stage all she ever wanted to be, was a chef. Unfortunately this dream was not a possibility with so many young children. This never stopped her from creating her recipes, which she is normally very secretive about.

We are very grateful to Karla for being kind enough to share some of her recipes with us.

Ingredients
Chopped chilli pieces
Sweet chilli sauce
Fish sauce
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce
Raw sugar
Whole lime juice
Chopped coriander
Method
Mix all ingredients together
Sauce can be used as a base for stir fries or a noodle dish (beef, lamb or chicken)
