Sharon’s Chicken Pesto Pasta

Ingredients
                        - 300 mls of cream
 - 4 T (or more) pesto (See Sharon’s Pesto recipe)
 - 2 T semi-dried tomatoes
 - 2 Chicken breast
 - 3 Rashes of Bacon
 - Chilli sauce (and a little tomato sauce if you like a sweeter sauce)
 - Pasta (of your choice)
 - Parmesan cheese
 
Method
                        - Heat cream over a low heat
 - Add 4T (or more) pesto and heat through
 - Add semi-dried tomatoes
 - Add lightly cooked (chopped) chicken breast and diced grilled bacon
 - Add splash of chilli sauce and a little tomato sauce if you like a sweeter sauce
 - Toss through freshly cooked and drained pasta
 - Garnished with parmesan
