Eggless Xmas Pudding

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Currants
  • 2 cups Mixed Fruit
  • 1 dstpn Bi Carb Soda
  • 1 Tblspn Margarine
  • 2 cups S R Flour
Method
  • Combine flour, sugar and fruit
  • Boil milk, add Bi Carb-- take care it froths up
  • Add to fruit mix and mix together
  • Grease silver pudding mould
  • Pour in mixture and add lid
  • Place mould into a boiler or large saucepan
  • Cover with water and boil for 2 hours
