Garlic Pork Ribs

Information about this recipe: Double all ingredients (except pork rashers) if you like a lot of sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 kg Pork Rashers
  • 2 Tblspn Oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Tblspn Soy Sauce
  • 2 tspns Ginger
  • 1 Tblspn Brown Sugar
  • 2 tspns Garlic
  • 2 tspns Cornflour
  • 2 Tblspn Water
  • 2 tspns Sherry
Method
  • Brown Pork Rashers and cut into 1" pieces
  • Mix all ingredients except cornflour, water and sherry
  • Pour combined ingredients over pork rashers
  • Boil, reduce and simmer for 1 hour
  • Add sherry, mixed cornflour and water, stir
  • Simmer gently for a few minutes
