Information about this recipe: I asked Conrad one day if he would give me a few recipes ... and to my amazement he said pick two dishes from his menu that I liked ... I than asked him what do you think my visitors might like? He said how about the Kway Teow Dish, because it was very popular with his customers!

Ingredients
  • Cooked Chicken Strips / Half cup
  • Cooked & Peeled Prawns / Half cup
  • Flat Rice Noodles / 500 grams
  • Mixed Vegetables / Half litre volume - Capsicum - Onion strips - Cabbage - Celery
  • Bean Sprouts / 1 cup
  • Sweet Soy Sauce / Two teaspoons
  • Hot Chilli Sauce / One teaspoon
Method
  • Microwave Noodles 1 1/2 minutes [no lid]
  • Preheat wok with medium heat then turn to high heat until hot.
  • Add cooking oil then 1/2 litre mixed vegetables. Stir fry for 30 seconds then put in noodles, stir and toss occasionally for approximately 2 minutes. Then put in bean sprouts - Prawns and Chicken, stir occasionally for 1 minute then add 2 teaspoons of Sweet Soy sauce and 1 tea spoon of hot Chilli sauce, mixing until colours even.
  • Toss toasted sesame seads on top and serve.
