Ingredients
  • 5 Eggs, separated
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbspn Margarine
  • 2 Tbspn Water
  • 1 cup SR Flour, well sifted
Method
  • Grease and flour Baking Dish and line with greaseproof paper
  • Heat margarine and water
  • Beat whites, add yolks
  • Slowly add sugar and beat well
  • Add sifted flour
  • Mix in margarine and water mix
  • Bake in 200C oven 20 minutes in a Baking Dish
  • Turn onto clean tea towel, remove paper and roll up while warm
  • When cool unroll and spread with filling then re-roll
