Ingredients
  • 4 cups SR Flour
  • 250 g Butter
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Tblspn Vanilla Essence
  • 2 cups Milk
Method
  • Beat all together until thick and creamy- aprrox 5 minutes
  • Bake 180C oven
  • 1 Large cake- approx 45 minutes
  • Several small cakes- approx 20-25 minutes
