Ingredients
  • 125g chopped butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup castor sugar
  • 1 teaspn Vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cup SR Flour
Method
  • Put it all in one bowl, beat with mixer on medium till colour changes
  • Spread into cup cake cases
  • Bake in moderate oven ( 180 or 160 fan forced) for 20 mins
  • Makes about 12
  • Once cool, top with icing or cream Or just dust with icing sugar.
