Braised Beef Mushrooms and Onions

Ingredients
  • 1 kg Chuck steak cubed
  • 2 Onions, chopped
  • 2 tspn Garlic, crushed
  • 440 g Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tblspn Chopped Thyme
  • 1/2 cup Water
Method
  • Brown meat in batches and put in Casserole Dish
  • Cook onions til sofr, stir in Tomatoes, Sauce, Thyme and water
  • Bring to boil, then pour into casserole
  • Cover and bake on 180C degrees for 2.5 to 3 hours
