Ingredients
  • 125 g Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 Tblspn Golden Syrup
  • 3 Tblspn Cornflour
  • 1/4 cup Cream
Method
  • Heat butter and sugar in Microwave for 2 minutes
  • Stir very well
  • Add water, syrup, cornflour and whisk well
  • Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes
  • Add cream and whisk well then cook further 2 minutes
  • Stir well and stand for 5 minutes
