Ingredients
  • Thinly sliced 4 Potatoes
  • Thinly sliced 2 Onions
  • Bacon Pieces
  • Garlic Steak Seasoning
  • 600 ml Cream (or 300ml cream &1/3 cup milk mixed together)
  • Grated Cheese
Method
  • Grease dish- whatever size you need
  • Alternate layers of potato, onion, seasoning, bacon
  • After each layering drizzle over little cream
  • Repeat unitl dish is full
  • Pour over cream to satisfaction
  • Spray oil on alfoil and cover
  • Cook in 180C oven for 45 minutes
  • Remove cover and spread grated cheese on top
  • Cook until tender and golden brown
