Chicken Mornay

Ingredients
  • 3 Shallots, chopped
  • 2 Tblspn Butter
  • 3 Tblspn Flour
  • Salt & Pepper to season
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 500 g Diced Chicken
  • Soft Breadcrumbs
  • 250 g Bacon, chopped
Method
  • Melt butter and add flour and salt & pepper
  • Cook for 2 minutes, add milk and thicken
  • Brown chicken then bacon
  • Add to sauce with shallots
  • Pour into dish
  • Top with Breadcrumbs
  • Dot with butter
  • Cook in 180C oven until brown
