Chicken Paprika

Ingredients
  • 3 Tblspn Oil
  • 600 g Chicken Thigh, chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 200 g Mushroom, sliced
  • 3 Bacon Rashers, chopped
  • 1 Tblspn Flour
  • 1 1/2 tspn Mild Paprika
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 2 Tblspn Tomato Paste
  • 100 ml Cream
  • Salt & Pepper to season
Method
  • Heat oil in frypan, add chicken and brown
  • Place chicken into a casserole dish
  • Add onion, mushrooms and bacon to frypan
  • Cook until brown and soft
  • Spread over chicken
  • Heat 1 Tblspn oil in pan
  • Add flour and paprika and stir for 2 minutes
  • Wisk in stock, tomato paste and cream
  • Season and pour over chicken mix and cover dish
  • Cook for 45 minutes in an 180C oven
