Ingredients
  • 250 g Malt Biscuits
  • 4 x 50 g Violet Crumble Bars
  • 600 ml Thickened Cream
  • 395 g Condensed Milk
Method
  • Grease and line 2 18x28cm Lamington pans with Baking Paper
  • Lay biscuits over base of pans
  • Mix cream till peaks form, add Condensed Milk and mix well again
  • Crush 3 Violet Crumble Bars and fold into mixture
  • Pour over biscuits
  • Crumble extra Bar and sprinkle over top
  • Place in freezer until set
