Ingredients
  • 125 g Softened Butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tspn Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups SR Flour
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
Method
  • Cream Butter and Sugars until; light and fluffy
  • Mix in Egg and Vanilla
  • Stir in Flour and then Choc Chips
  • Place rolled teaspoonfuls on greased trays
  • Bake in 180 degrees oven for 15 minutes until cooked and brown
  • Cool before putting in container
