Cornflake Meringues

Ingredients
  • 2 egg whites
  • 90 g sugar
  • 90 g cornflakes
  • 45 g chopped nuts
Method
  • Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff
  • Fold in cornflakes and nuts
  • Place spoon fulls of mixture onto a greased tray lined with baking paper
  • Bake for roughly an hour at 140-150 deg C
