Ingredients
  • 250 g Pasta Twists- cook and drain
  • 1 Celery Stick, thinly sliced
  • 1 Carrot, grated
  • 1 Red Capsicum, diced
  • 125 g Corn Kernels
  • 100 g Sliced button mushrooms
  • 1 cup finely chopped shallots
  • DRESSING
  • 2/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tblspn Curry
  • 2/3 cup cream
  • 2 tspns Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Method
  • Combine pasta and salad ingredients in a mixing bowl
  • Mix dressing ingredients together
  • Add dressing to salad and mix well
