Ingredients
  • 340 g sugar
  • 1 level teaspoon Bi carbonate soda
Method
  • Put sugar in a heavy based pot and stir until melted and a light brown colour
  • Sieve and add Bi carbonate soda
  • Stir well
  • Pour into a greased tin
  • Leave to set
  • When cold break into pieces
