Ingredients
  • Beat 1 cup of sugar.
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 table spoon of flour
  • Melt 2 table spoons of butter in cup of boiling water.
  • Juice of 1 1/2 lemons, making 1 1/2 cups of liquid.
Method
  • Pour into plate and cook slowly, cook till set.
  • Sprinkle with nutmeg.
