Ingredients
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 8 Lemons, grated then juiced
  • 2 cups Boiling Water
  • Chilled water or Soda Water
Method
  • Mix all together
  • Let sit until cooled
  • Strain into bottle/s
  • To serve - mix 1/4 lemon syrup to 3/4 Water/Soda water or to own taste
