Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Margarine
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 2 tspn Grated Orange Peel
  • 2 cups Grated Zucchini
  • 3/4 cups Milk
  • 2 1/2 cups Plain Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tspn Bi Carb Soda
  • 1 tspn Salt
  • 1 tspn Cinnamon
Method
  • Cream margarine and sugar
  • Add beaten eggs, vanilla and milk
  • Fold in orange peel and zucchini
  • Combine all dry ingredients and add to mixture
  • Grease pan and bake in 180C oven for 1 hour
