Ingredients
  • 6 Bacon Rashers, diced
  • 3 Spring Onions, chopped
  • 300 ml Cream
  • 1 Tblspn Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 400 g Fettuccine, cooked and drained
  • 4 Eggs, beaten
Method
  • Cook bacon in a large frypan until brown
  • Add onions, cream and seasoning , cook for 1 minute
  • Pour 1/2 over pasta and toss well
  • Quickly stir eggs through the other 1/2 of mix.
  • Add to pasta mix and serve
