Ingredients
  • 1 pkt Golliwog/Choc Bears/Choc Ripple Biscuits
  • 300 + ml Cream, beaten until stiff
  • Sweet Sherry (or Orange Juice for kids)
  • Grated Chocolate
Method
  • Have a Loaf Tin ready
  • Dip a biscuit in sherry
  • Spread one side with cream
  • Stand in dish
  • Repeat to make a loaf.
  • Spread cream on top
  • Grate over Chocolate
  • Refrigerate for several hours to set
