Savoury Scrolls

Ingredients
  • 3 Puff Pastry Sheets
  • 500 g Sausage Mince
  • 1 cup Dry Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Onion, Grated
  • 1 Carrot, Grated
  • 1/2 tspn Mixed Herbs
  • 1/2 tspn Garlic Steak Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper
  • BBQ Sauce
Method
  • Mix all ingredients together from mince through to Salt & Pepper
  • Spread over pastry sheets leaving approx 2cm one end to seal
  • Brush over BBQ sauce
  • Roll up to end and seal
  • Cut into sections off approx 4 cm
  • Cook on a slide in 180C oven for 30 minutes
