Spicy Fish Pie

Ingredients
  • 1 kg White fish fillets
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 Tblspn Margarine
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 Cruched Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 Red Capsicum, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 Tblspn Lemon Juice
  • 1 pkt Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2 Tblspn Parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup Grated Tasty Cheese
  • 1 kg Mashed Potato
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
Method
  • Cook fish in water (covered) for 30 minutes in 180C oven
  • Flake and cool
  • Cook oniion, garlic and capsicum in margarine until tender
  • Add milk and flour, cook gently until thickened
  • Add juice, Taco seasoning, parsley, cheese and fish
  • Pour into greased casserole dish
  • Cook potatoes, then mash and stir in sour cream
  • Put on top of fish mix
  • Cook in 180C oven 40 minutes - until brown
