Stuffed Crumbed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
  • 6-8 Chicken Thighs - no skin
  • Grated Cheese
  • Chopped Bacon or ham
  • Egg Wash
  • Plain Flour
  • Breadcrumbs
Method
  • Lay out Thighs
  • Fill with Cheese and Bacon** and roll up tightly
  • Roll in Flour, Egg then Crumbs
  • Brown off in Fry Pan with Oil
  • Put on Oven Tray and then cook in 160 degrees oven C for approx 30 mins
